Kielder Water - Otterstone Cottage
This lovely, spacious, refurbished 200 year-old stone cottage is in a truly beautiful location, with stunning views over Kielder Water.
It is an ideal base for fishing, walking, cycling, great roads for motor bikes, a favourite area with star gazers - due to the lack of street lighting.
There are two double bedrooms and can accommodate up to five (there is an additional single bed).
Slate flooring, log burning stove, enclosed gardens and french windows looking over the water add to the charm of this delightful cottage.
There are excellent walks on the doorstep round the reservoir and fishing, woodlands trails, cycling, a swimming pool and water sports are all within the immediate vicinity.
There is an abundance of wildlife including Roe Deer and red squirrels. There is also a Birds of Prey Centre nearby. There is more information and links on the Location & map page.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There are views over Kielder Water.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and an additional single bed. Again there is a wardrobe, chest of drawers and views over Kielder Water.
Lounge
Living room with log-burning stove, colour television, DVD, Sky Digital, french windows into rear garden/patio.
There are stunning views through the french windows over Kielder Water.
Kitchen/diner
The very spacious kitchen-dining room has an electric cooker, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and automatic washing machine.
There is a dining-table and chairs, with an additional comfortable sofa.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a bath, wash-basin, WC and shower cubicle.

Large lawned private garden to front.
Good sized enclosed back garden/patio with decking and awning.
The rear garden patio is wonderful place to sit in the evening to enjoy the breathtaking views across the water and marvel at the beautiful sunsets.
Private parking at the side of the cottage - large enough for a car and a boat (should you wish to bring yours).
